Summary
Bu araştırma, Amasya ilinin sürülerek tahrip edilmiş ya da vejetasyonları zarar görmüş meraları için en uygun mera karışımını belirlemek amacıyla 2008-2010 yılları arasında yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada yonca, korunga, çayır düğmesi, otlak ayrığı, kılçıksız brom, domuz ayrığı ve kamışsı yumağın yalın ekim, ikili, üçlü ve dörtlü karışımları çalışılmıştır. Araştırma tesadüf blokları denem desenine göre dört tekerrürlü olarak yürütülmüştür. Bu çalışmada, karışımların verim ve kalite özellikleri belirlenmiştir.Karışımların kuru madde verimleri yalın ekilen türlerden daha yüksektir. En yüksek kuru madde verimi 1166,0 kg/da ile yonca + çayır düğmesi + kılçıksız brom + domuz ayrığı karışımından elde edilmiştir. En düşük kuru madde verimi yalın ekilen domuz ayrığından (594,3 kg/da) elde edilmiştir. ham protein verimleri 66,7-186,1kg/da, ADF oranları % 34,16- 41,84, NDF oranları % 45,82-68,37 ve IVTDMD oranları % 54,30-72,41 arasında değişmiştir.

Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the most proper pasture mixture for the native pastures destroyed by cultivating or whose vegetation had been previously damaged in Amasya province between the years of 2008 and 2010. In the research, pure sowings, and binary, ternary and quartet mixtures of alfalfa, sainfoin, great burnet, crested wheatgrass, smooth brome, cocksfoot and tall fescue were studied. The Study was conducted as was completely randomized block design with four replications. In the study, yield and yield components as well as quality characters of the mixtures were determined. The mixtures gave higher dry matter yields than pure sowings of the species. The highest dry matter yield with 1166,0 kg/da was obtained from the mixture of alfalfa + great burnet + smooth brome + orchardgrass. The lowest dry matter yield (594,3 kg/da) was obtained from the pure sowing of cocksfoot. Crude protein yields, ADF ratios, NDF ratios and IVTDMD ratios ranged between 66,7 kg/da and 186,1 kg/da, 34,16 % and 41,84 %, 45,82 % and 68,37 %, 54,30 % and 72,41%, respectively.
