Summary
Türkiye’de tarımsal üretiminde bilinçsiz üretim sorunu vardır. Son dönemde üreticilerin bilinçlendirilmesi için alternatif olarak tarımsal danışmanlık faaliyetlerine ağırlık verilmiştir. GOÜ Ziraat Fakültesi öğrencileri ve lisansüstü öğrencilerin tarımsal danışmanlık sistemine ilişkin bilgi durumu ve tarımsal danışmanlığın geleceğine yönelik beklentileri ortaya konularak tarımsal yayım eğitim programına ilişkin önerilere yer verilmiştir. Araştırmanın popülasyonu olarak GOÜ Ziraat Fakültesi’nde ve GOÜ Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü’nde tarım bilimlerde lisansüstü eğitim gören öğrenci sayıları dikkate alınmıştır. Küme (salkım) örnekleme yöntemi belirlenmiş olup, lisans öğrencilerinde örnek hacmi 256 lisansüstünde ise 81öğrenci ile anket uygulaması yapılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler, Khi-Kare analizi yapılarak çapraz tablolar oluşturulmuştur. Ziraat fakültesi öğrencilerinin %54.30’u yayımın geleceği hakkında endişeli oldukları tespit edilmiş %45.70’i de tarımsal danışmanlığın iyi yönde ilerleyeceği görüşündedirler. Bu durum geleceğin yayımcıları olarak düşünülebilecek kitlenin yayım sisteminin geleceği hakkında bir görüş birliğinin olmadığı ve ağırlıklı olarak tarımsal yayım sisteminin geleceğinden endişe ettikleri söylenebilir. Ziraat fakültesi öğrencilerinin tarımsal yayımdan sorumlu kurum kuruluşu bilme durumları incelendiğinde %72.40’ ı Gıda Tarım ve Hayvancılık Bakanlığını sorumlu kuruluş olarak göstermişlerdir. Ziraat fakültesinde öğrenim görmekte olan öğrencilerin %27.60’ının halen tarımsal yayımdan sorumlu kuruluşu bilmiyor oluşu yayım hizmetlerinin yeterince etkin olarak öğretilemediği sonucunu çıkarabilir. Bu duruma neden olarak tarımsal yayım dersinin ziraat fakültesinin tüm bölümlerinde okutulmuyor olması gösterilebilir. Bu bağlamda tarımsal yayım dersinin ziraat fakültelerinin tüm bölümlerinde etkin bir şekilde okutulması önerilebilir.

Abstract
There is a problem of unconscious production in agricultural production in Turkey. Agricultural consultation activities have been the focus of attention in recent years as an alternative to raise producer awareness. This study tried to reveal GOÜ Agricultural Engineering Faculty students and post-graduate students’ information about agricultural advisory system and their expectations about the future of agricultural consultation. It also handled some recommendations about agricultural extension training program. As for the population of the research, the study took the number of students at GOÜ Agricultural Faculty and GOÜ Institute of Natural Sciences, Agricultural Sciences Department into consideration. The cluster sampling method was used to determine the study group. A questionnaire was administered to 256 undergraduate and 81 graduate students. Chi-square analysis was applied to the data and cross tables were created. It was determined that 54.30 % of Agricultural Engineering students were worried about the future of extension. On the other hand, 45.70 % of the students were of the opinion that agricultural consultation would progress positively. This suggests that the population considered to be the extension authorities of the future did not have a consensus about the future of extension and they were worried about mainly the future of extension system. When examined whether agricultural faculty students knew the institution responsible for agricultural extension, 72.40 % stated that the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock was responsible for it. 27.60 % of the students studying agricultural engineering did not know the institution responsible for agricultural extension and this suggests that extension services could not be taught adequately. This can be thought to stem from the fact that the agricultural extension course is not taught in all departments of agricultural faculty. In this context, it can be recommended that agricultural extension course should be taught effectively in all departments of agricultural faculties.
