Summary
Bu çalışma, 2013 yılında Isparta-Eğirdir Meyvecilik Araştırma Enstitüsü bahçesinde ve Denizli-Çıtak bölgesinde bulunan üretici bahçesinde olmak üzere 2 lokasyonda yürütülmüştür. Eğirdir (Isparta) lokasyonunda M9 anaçlı, Çıtak (Denizli) lokasyonunda ise MM 106 anaçlı Golden Delicious çeşidi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada, kimyasal seyreltici olarak NAA (% 6.25)’ nın farklı dozları (20, 30, 60 ml 100 L-1 su) meyve çapı 7-8 cm olduğunda, 750 ml 100L-1 su dozunda da 6 N-Benzyladenine meyveler 10-12 mm olduğunda kullanılmış olup haziran dökümünden sonra da elle seyreltme uygulaması yapılmıştır. Çalışma, elle seyreltme uygulamasına alternatif oluşturmak amacıyla, meyve seyrelticilerinden özellikle NAA (% 6.25)’ nın farklı lokasyonlarda ağaçların seyrelme oranına ve bazı meyve kalite özelliklerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Yapılan çalışma sonucunda, Eğirdir lokasyonunda, en yüksek seyrelme oranı % 60.10 ile 20 ml 100 L-1 NAA uygulamasından, Çıtak lokasyonunda ise % 78.71 ile elle seyreltme uygulamasından elde edilmiştir. Meyve iriliği (ağırlık, en ve boy bakımından) en yüksek değer Eğirdir lokasyonunda 60 ml 100 L-1 NAA dozunda, Çıtak lokasyonunda ise 6 N-Benzyladenine uygulamasında bulunmuştur. Elle seyreltmeye alternatif olarak 20 ml 100 L-1 NAA (% 6.25) kullanılması tavsiye edilebilinmektedir.

Abstract
This study was carried out in two Isparta-Eğirdir Fruit Research Station orchard and in the Denizli-Çıtak orchard with two locations in 2013. In Eğirdir location Golden Delicious apple variety grafted on M9 rootstock and in Çıtak location Golden Delicious apple variety grafted on MM 106 rootstock was used. In the study NAA (6.25 %) was used as thinning plant growth regulator and (20, 30, 60 ml 100 L-1 water) dosages of NAA was applied when fruits were in diameter of 7-8 cm. 750 ml 100 L-1 water dosage of 6 N-Benzyladenine was applied when fruits had 10-12 mm diameter and after June drop thinning with hand was also done. Study was planned to develop on alternative thinning method for hand thinning. Especially 6.25% NAA was used in different locations for this purpose and NAA effects on fruit quality were determined. According to study results highest thinning was determined from 20ml 100 L-1 NAA with 60.10% ratio in Eğirdir location, highest thinning with hand was determined with a ratio of 78.71% in Çıtak location. 60 ml 100 L-1 NAA treatment had been evaluated for highest fruit size (Fruit weight, width, height) in Eğirdir location and 6 N-Benzyladenine treatment was found for highest fruit size in Çıtak location. 20 ml 100 L-1 NAA (%6.25) treatment can be advised as an alternative for hand thinning.
