Summary
Araştırmanın amacı, sıvı tavuk gübresi, ahır gübresi ve tütün tozunun buğday bitkisinin verim ve N, P kapsamı üzerine etkilerini araştırmak ve aynı zamanda bu tip organik gübre¬leri değerlendirerek çiftlik ve çevre sorunlarına yardımcı olmaktır. Araştırmanın esas konu¬sunu sıvı tavuk gübresi oluşturmakta olup, diğer organik gübreler mukayese amacıyla ko¬nuya alınmıştır. 1990 yılında Tokat Ziraat Fakültesi sera koşullarında tesadüf parselleri deneme deseni¬ne göre gerçekleştirilen çalışmada Fidanlık-Tokat'dan alman toprak örneği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada kuru esasa göre sıvı tavuk gübresi 0,1.5,3,4.5,6 ton/da dozların da banda uy-gulanmış, tütün tozu 3,4 ton/da dozlarında ve ahır gübresi ise 2.5, 5 ton/da dozlarında top¬rakla karıştırılmıştır. Organik gübreler uygulandıktan sonra topraklar tarla kapasitesinde bir süre inkübasyona bırakılmıştır, bir aylık inkübasyından sonra her saksıya triple süperfosfat şeklinde 100 ppm P uygulanmış ve 5.10.1990 tarihinde Cumhuriyet buğday çeşidi ekilmiş¬tir. Bitkiler yaklaşık sekiz hafta sonra 7.12.1990 tarihinde hasat edilmiştir. Deneme sonuç¬larına göre, buğday bitkisinin gelişimi açısından kuru esasa göre 4.5 ton/da sıvı tavuk güb¬resi dozu yeterli olmuştur. Tütün tozu 4 ton/da, ahır gübresi ise 2.5 ton/da dozlarına kadar bitki gelişimine olumlu etkide bulunmuştur. Etki bakımından sıvı tavuk gübresi ile tütün to¬zu aynı gruplamada, ahır gübresi ise sonuncu sırada yer almıştır. En yüksek kuru madde miktarı ortalama 14.59 g/saksı ile 4.5 ton/da sıvı tavuk gübresi uygulamasında, en düşük kuru madde miktarı ise ortalama 7.42 g/saksı ile kontrolde gerçekleşmiştir. N, P kapsamları ve sömürülen miktarlar yönünden gübrelerin etkisi kontrole kıyasla olumlu olmuş, ancak yüksek dozlarda dalgalanmalar görülmüştür.

Abstract
The main object of this work is to study the effect of liquid Poultry manure, tobacco-waste and farm yard manure on the yield and N, P content of wheat crop and at the same time, to evaluate this type of liquid fertilizer to solve the problem of the farm and environment. In order to support this research work for literatüre, tobacco-waste and farm yard manure were also applied. The experiment was laid out in the green house of Tokat Agriculture Faculty during 1990 by using completely randomized design. Liquuid poultry manure at the rates of Q, 1.5, 3,4.5,6 ton/da were applied at band, whereas, tobacco-waste and farm yard manure were mixed with soil and pots were kept for incubation at field capacity. After one month 100 ppm P as triple superphosphate was applied to each pot before sowing, Cumhuriyet wheat variety was sown on 5.10.1990. Wheat plants were harvested on 7.12.1990 that is after abo¬ut 8 weeks. According to the results of the experiment, liquid poultry manure, tobacco waste and farm yard manure increased the dry matter yield of wheat crop significantly. The effect of liquid poultry manure and tobacco-waste was found at the same group but farm yard manu¬re was the end. The highest DMY of 14.59 g/pot was obtained at 4.5 ton/da liquid poultry manure as compared to DMY of 7.42 g/pot at control. The effect of manure on the N, P content and uptake of plant was found more positive than control but there was fluctuation at high rates.
