Summary
Bu çalışma, karadut (Morus nigra L.) yeşil ve odun çeliklerinin köklenmesi üzerine, İndol bütirik asit (IBA) dozları ve dikim dönemlerinin (sırasıyla yeşil çeliklerde 0,2000, 4000, 6000 ppm ve 1 Temmuz-12 Ağustos; odun çeliklerinde 0, 1000, 2000, 4000 ppm ve 22 Kasım) etkisini belirlemek amacıyla 1995 yılında yürütülmüştür. Çelikler, yüksek plastik tünelde şişleme ünitesindeki perlit ortamına dikilmiş, yeşil çeliklere şişleme, odun çeliklerine alttan ısıtma (18-21 °C) uygulanmıştır. Yeşil çeliklerde, köklenme oram, (%55.00), kallüslenme oranı (%56.67), ortalama kök sayısı (4.34 adet), ortalama kök uzunluğu (49.02 mm), kök kalitesi (2.58 puan), fidan üretiminde kullanılabilir çelik oranı (%40.'00) ve canlı çelik oranı (%70.00), 6000 ppm IBA uygulamasında en yüksek düzeye ulaşmıştır. Genel olarak 2. dönem (12 Ağustos) yeşil çelikleri, 1. dönem (1 Temmuz) yeşil çeliklerinden daha iyi sonuç vermiştir. Odun çeliklerinde ise köklenme oranı (%56.67) ve ortalama kök sayısı (2.53 adet) 4000 ppm, fidan üretiminde kullanılabilir çelik oranı (%33.33) 2000 ppm ve diğer tüm özellikler 1000 ppm IBA uygulamasında en yüksek değerleri oluşturmuştur

Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the effects of Indole-3- butyric acid (IBA) doses and planting times (respectively, at green cuttings 0, 2000, 4000, 6000 ppm and 1 July-12 August; at hardwood cuttings 0, 1000, 2000, 4000 ppm and 22 Nowember) with black mulberry (Morus nigra L.) green cuttings and hardwood cuttings on rooting behaviour during 1995 year. The cuttings were planted in perlite at mist unit to high plastic tunnel. For green cuttings were applied mist.For hardwood cuttings were applied bottom heat (18-21 °C). The highest rooting ratio (55.00 %), callusing ratio (56.67 %), average number of roots (4.34 pieces), average lenght of roots (49.02 mm), quality of root (2.58 point), practical cutting ratio at plant production (40.00 %) and active cutting ratio (70.00 %) were abtained by 6000 ppm IBA concentrations in green cuttings. Generally, for rooting behaviour second planting time green cuttings were found better than fisrt planting time green cuttings. At hardwood cuttings, the highest rooting ratio (56.67 %) and average number of roots (2.53 pieces) were abtained by 4000 ppm, practical cutting ratio at plant production (33.33 %) was determined by 2000 ppm and in other characteristics were found by 1000 ppm IBA concentrations.
