Armutta Ara Anaçlı Fidan Üretiminde Aynı Anda Yapılan Çift Aşılamanın ve Bazı Uygulamaların Aşı Başarısı ve Fidan Gelişimine Etkisi

Summary
Bu çalışmada, 1 yılda Beurre Hardy ara anaçlı, Quince-A anaçlı Williams armut fidanı üretiminde aynı anda çift aşılama ile iki farklı ara anaç uzunluğunun etkileri araştırılmıştır. Ayrıca, ara anaç kalem uzunluğu ve bazı kimyasal uygulamaların fidan kalitesi üzerine etkileri de belirlenmiştir. Araştırmada, aşı başarı oranı, fidan boyu, yan dal sayısı, yan dal uzunluğu, yan dal açısı, yaprak sayısı ve yaprak alanı ile anaç, ara anaç ve çeşidin aşı sürgünü çapları incelenmiştir. Aşı başarı oranı, ara anaç kalem uzunluğu 15 cm olan fidanlarda %83, 30cm olan fidanlarda %79 olmuştur. Fidan boyu, 15cm ara anaç uzunluğunda (97.57cm), 30cm’ye (93.64cm) göre daha yüksek bulunmuştur. Ortalama yan dal sayısı, 15 cm ara anaç kalem uzunluğunda (0.42 adet/fidan), 250 ppm IBA+750ppm promalin (0.87adet/fidan), 250 ppm IBA + 750ppm promalin + %3 üre (0.73 adet/fidan) ve 250 ppm IBA + %3 üre (0.53 adet/fidan) uygulamalarında diğer ara anaç uzunluğu ve uygulamalardan daha fazla olmuştur. Yan dal uzunluklarında ise en yüksek değer 30cm ara anaç kalem uzunluğuna sahip fidanlarda ve 250 ppm IBA + 750ppm promalin (21.93 cm) ile 250 ppm IBA + %3 üre (16.90 cm) uygulamalarında elde edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, aynı yıl içinde hem ara anaç ve hem de çeşit aşılaması yapılarak armut fidanı üretiminde bir yıl zaman kazanılmıştır.

Abstract
In this study, the effects of two different scion length and double grafting at the same time on production of Williams pear tree which was grafted on Beurre Hardy interstock that was grafted on Quince-A rootstock were investigated. However, effect of interstock length and some chemical treatments on tree quality were determined. The grafting success rate, tree height, lateral branch number, lateral branch angel, leaf number and leaf area with shoot diameter of rootstock, interstock and the shoot of scion were investigated. The grafting success rate was 83% in 15 cm interstock length and 79% in 30 cm interstock length. The tree height was found higher in 15 cm interstock length (97.57 cm) than 30 cm interstock length (93.64 cm). The mean of lateral branch number, the 15 cm interstock (0.42 branch/ tree) and treatments such as 250 ppm IBA+750 ppm promalin (0.87 branch/ tree), 250 ppm IBA + 750 ppm promalin + % 3 urea (0.73 branch/ tree) and 250 ppm IBA + %3 urea (0.53 branch/ tree) were found higher than the other interstock length and treatments. According to the lateral branch length, the highest values was measured in 30 cm interstock length (23.02 cm) and 250 ppm IBA + 750 ppm promalin (21.93 cm) with 250 ppm IBA + %3 urea (16.90 cm) treatments. Consequently, a year was saved in the production of pear tree by carrying out both interstock and scion grafting in the same year.
