Summary
Çalışmada, ana ürün mısır hasadı sonrası, anız yönetimi uygulanmış ve toprak hazırlığı yapılmıştır. Toprak verimlilik analizi, nem ve penetrasyon değerleri ölçülmüştür. Gelir/gider oranı ile makinaların ekonomikliği karşılaştırılmıştır.Çalışmanın iki yıllık verilerine göre kullanılan anız ezme-kesme makinasının (prototip) diğer anız parçalama makinasına göre yakıt tüketimi alan başına 1/3 oranında daha az, dolayısıyla gelir/gider oranlarına (geleneksel yöntem 33.3, alternatif yöntem 40.9) göre daha avantajlı olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Prototip için gerekli traktör gücü 37-60kW iken diğer makina için daha büyük güçte (>60kW) bir traktöre ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Mısır saplarının parçalamasında kullanılabilen bu makinanın, toprakta açtığı izler 2-4 cm arasında ölçülmüştür. Anızın tarlada parçalanması için yapılan çalışmada, her bir anız parçası 11-12 cm aralığında kesilmiştir. Sap ve anızın 25 cm den uzun olması durumunda, kesme işlemi esnasında yük iki bıçak üzerinde yüzeye uygulanmış böylece kesilme bölgesinin 2 ayrı noktasında kesme işlemi gerçekleşmiştir

Abstract
In the study, stubble management was applied according to the experimental subjects, soil preparation was made, soil fertility analysis, moisture and penetration values were measured after the main crop corn harvest. The in come-expenditure ratio and the economics of the machines are compared. According to the two-year data of the study, tested prototype stubble-cutting machine was found advantageous compared to other stubble-splitting machine by a factor of 1/3 perfuel consumption per are a, which is also advantageous with respect to the in come / expenditure ratios (conventional method was 33.3, alternative method was 40.90). There quired tractor power for the prototype machine was low (37-60 kW) while a larger tractor (>60 kW) was needed during the usage of conventional cutting machine. The machine used f or shredding corn stalks left 2-4 cm dimensioned cutting paths in soil. Each stubble fragment was cut at a dimensions of 11-12 cm. Cutting was performed by appling force to 2 points on material when stem-stubble dimensions was at least 25 cm and the cutting load was applied to two blades during the cutting process.
