Trakya Bölgesinde Sofralık Kiraz Üretiminde Farklı Tesis Yapılarına Ait Üretim Maliyetlerinin Belirlenmesi

Summary
Kiraz üretimi dünyada geniş bir yayılım göstermekle birlikte, ticari üretim açısından A.B.D, Türkiye, Fransa ve İtalya önemli üretici ülkelerdendir. Türkiye 2013 yılı FAO verilerine göre 494 bin ton kiraz üretimiyle dünya kiraz üretiminde ilk sırada yer almaktadır. Trakya bölgesinde 4343 dekarlık bir alanda kiraz üretimi yapılmaktadır. 2015 yılı verilerine göre bölgede 3,9 bin ton kiraz üretimi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bölgede ağaç başına verim 22 kg’dır. Bu araştırmada sofralık kiraz üreten işletmeler farklı tesis yapılarına göre ekonomik açıdan ele alınarak üretim maliyetleri hesaplanmıştır. Çalışmada, Trakya bölgesinde 200 kiraz üreticisi ile yüz yüze anket çalışması yapılmış ve üretim maliyetlerine ilişkin veriler elde edilmiştir. Buna göre bölgede IV yıllık ve VII yıllık olmak üzere iki farklı tesis yapısı göze çarpmaktadır. IV yıllık kiraz tesis masrafı 6378.69 TL/da iken, VII yıllık tesis masrafı 8989.88 TL/da’dır. Her iki üretim tipi de ekonomik olarak karlı olmasına karşın IV yıllık tesis yapısına sahip, sofralık kiraz üretimi yapan işletmelerin en yüksek net kara sahip olduğu (652,52 TL/da) görülmektedir. Trakya bölgesindeki kiraz üretiminin en önemli sorunu meyve ağacı dip kurdunun da içinde olduğu hastalık ve zararlılardır. Pazar fiyatının düşüklüğü de bir diğer önemli sorundur.

Abstract
Although cherry production is widely spread in the World, USA, Turkey, France and Italy are important producer countries in terms of commercial production. Turkey ranks first in world cherry production with 494 thousand tons according to FAO data of 2013. Cherry production is being made in 4343 decares area in Thrace Region. In 2015, 3,9 thousand tons of cherries were produced and yield per tree is 22 kg in the region. The production costs of the cherry were calculated according to the different facility structures. In this study, face-to-face survey was conducted with 200 cherry producers Thrace region and data about production costs were obtained. According to data, there are two different plant constructions in the region as IV years and VII years. While IV years plant costs is 6378,69 TL/da, VIII years plant costs is 8989,88 TL/da. Although both types of production are economically profitable, it is seen that the enterprises that produce table cherry with IV-year plant structure have the highest net profits (652,52 TL/da). The most important problems of cherry production in Thrace Region are diseases, including cherry worm and pests. The low market price is another important problem.
