Summary
Mikro besin elementleri, hayvanlarda verimlilik ve sağlıklı bir gelişme için önemli rol oynarlar. Mikro besin elementleri bakımından yetersiz yemlerle beslenen hayvanlarda, verim düşüklüğü ve bazı hastalıklar görülebilir. Bu çalışmada amaç, üstten tohumlama ve makro gübrelemenin mera otunda mikro element düzeyine etkisini belirlemektir. Denemede ana parsellerde tohumlama (tohumlanmayan ve üstten tohumlanan), alt parsellerde ise azot ve fosforun 3’er (dekara 0, 6 ve 12 kg) ve potasyumun 2 (dekara 0 ve 8 kg) dozu kombinasyonlar halinde yer almıştır. İki yıllık araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre, üstten tohumlama işlemi otun mikro element içeriğine etkili değildir. Farklı gübre dozlarından elde edilen otun Fe (230-1080 mg/kg), Mn (72.88-158.51 mg/kg), Zn (24.97-32.75 mg/kg), Cu (26.75-29.32 mg/kg), Na (1.72-5.45 g kg-1) ve Cl (36.49-45.51 g kg-1) içeriği, otlayan hayvanların ihtiyaçlarından daha fazladır. Gübre dozlarına göre otun Se içeriği 0.074-0.094 mg/kg arasında değişmiş ve bu içeriğin otlayan hayvanlarda ihtiyacı karşılamaktan uzak olduğu belirlenmiştir. Araştırmamızın sonuçlarına göre, gebeliğinin son dönemindeki ve kurudaki hayvanlar açısından, mera otunun asit-baz dengesinin bir risk taşıdığı görülmektedir. Familyaların mikro element içerikleri kıyaslandığında ise, diğer familyalara ait bitkiler Fe, Mn, Zn, Na ve Cl, baklagillerin ise Cu ve Se içeriğince daha zengin oldukları saptanmıştır.

Abstract
Micronutrients have an important role in yield and healthy development of animals. Yield decrease and some illness can be observed in the animals, nourished with micronutrient absent forages. In the present study, it was aimed to determine the effect of over-seeding and micro fertilizing on micro element content of grass in rangeland. Seeding (unseeded and over-seeded) was utilised as main plots; three doses of N and P (0, 6 and 12 kg/da) and two doses of K (0 and 8 kg/da) were utilised as sub-plots in combinations during two consecutive years. According to the results, over- seeding has no effect on micronutrient content of grass. Fe (230-1080 mg/kg), Mn (72.88-158.51 mg/kg), Zn (24.97-32.75 mg/kg), Cu (26.75-29.32 mg/kg), Na (1.72-5.45 g kg-1) and Cl (36.49-45.51 g kg-1) contents of grass from different fertilizer applications were found to be higher than the need of grazing animals. Se content of grass varied with 0.074-0.094 mg/kg depending on fertilizer doses and was found to be unsufficient to meet Se need of grazing animals. Our results showed that the acid-base balance of grass has risk in terms of the animals in last period of pregnancy and dry period. When compared to micronutrient content of families, it was observed that Fe, Mn, Zn, Na and Cl contents of plants from other family plants were higher and legumes were superior over in terms of Cu and Se contents.
