Summary
Bu araştırmada, Tokat - Merkez ilçede yaşayan haneler ile yapılan anket görüşmesi sonucu hanelerin balık tüketimi incelenmiştir. Ayrıca hane başına ve kişi başına balık tüketimi ile bunları etkileyen faktörler arasındaki ilişkiler ve bu ilişkilerin dereceleri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bağımlı ve bağımsız değişkenler arasındaki ilişki çoklu doğrusal regresyon analizi yöntemi ve korelasyon yöntemi ile ortaya konulmuştur. Anket yapılacak hane sayısının belirlenmesinde tabakalı tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmış ve örnek hacmi 93 olarak belirlenmiştir. Balık tüketim durumu incelenen hanelerde 3 farklı gelir grubu itibariyle incelenmiştir. Balık tüketimi genel olarak, hane başına 33.71 kg/yıl ve kişi başına 9.31 kg/yıl olarak hesaplanmıştır. Balık türleri itibariyle, en fazla deniz balıklarından hamsi (%70.09), tatlı su balıklarından ( alabalık (%61.69) tüketilmektedir. Balık eti harcaması genel olarak, hane başına 10.79 milyon TL/yıl ve kişi başına 2.98 milyon TL/yıl olarak bulunmuştur. Balık eti harcamasının hanelerin gelirleri içerisindeki oranı %0.67’dir. Hane başına balık tüketimini etkileyen faktörlerin ekonometrik analizi sonucu elde edilen eşitliğe * ait çoklu determinasyon katsayısı (R2) %62.8 ve F değeri 17.71 olarak tespit edilmiş olup, istatistiksel açıdan anlamlıdır. Kişi başına balık tüketimini etkileyen faktörlerin analizinde ise, R2 %64.9 ve F değeri 22.46 olarak hesaplanmış ve istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı bulunmuştur.

Abstract
In this study, fish consumption of households has been investigated. Data were collected from households in the central county of Tokat province by survey. In addition, fish consumption per household and head, relationship among factors affecting these, and the degree of these relationships have been tried to determine. The relationship between dependent and independent variables has been explained by the methods of multi linear regression analysis and correlation. In the determination of the number of households to be questioned, the method of Stratified Random Sampling has been used and size of sample was determined as 93. Fish consumption has been investigated according to three different income groups. The amount of fish consumption has been calculated as 33.71 kg/year per household and 9.31 kg/year per head. Anchovy (70.09%) as sea fish and Trout (61.69%) as fresh water were the most preferred fishes as consumption. Expenditure for fish meat was found as TL 10.79 million/year per household and TL 2.98 million/year per *¦ head. The ratio of fish meat expenditure in household income was calculated as 0.67%. The Coefficient of determination (R2) belonging to equation found as a result of econometric analysis of factors affecting fish consumption per household and the value of F have been calculated as 62.8% and 17.71, respectively. In the analysis of factors affecting fish consumption per head the former has been found as 64.9% and the latter 22.46. These results are statistically significant.
