Summary
Tokat yöresinde çinko noksanlığı gösteren topraklarda, topraktan ve yapraktan çinko sülfat uygulamasının buğday bitkisinin verimine etkisini araştırmak amacıyla bir saksı denemesi yapılmıştır. Deneme tesadüf parselleri deneme desenine göre üç tekerrürlü olarak kurulmuştur. Ekmeklik buğday 39 çeşidi 8 kg P205/da TSP ve 10 kg N/da amonyum sülfat uygulamasıyla gelişmiştir. Çinko uygulamaları 0, 1. 2, 3 ve 4 kg ZnS04/da topraktan, %0.2 ile %0.4 ZnS04 yapraktan uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre: çinko uygulaması buğday bitkisinin sap kıırıı madde miktarını etkilememiştir. Bununla birlikte dane verimini kontrole gfire azaltmıştır Çinkonun topraktan uygulanması, dane çinko içeriğini artırmıştır. Benzer şekilde sap N içeriği önemli derecede artmış, ancak K içeriği önemli düzeyde değişmemiştir. Çinko uygulaması dane P ve K kapsamı üzerine etkili olmamıştır. Daneee çinkonun alınması çinko uygulaması ile önemli bir şekilde etkilenmemiştir. Aynı şekilde çinko uygulanmasıyla sapın N alımı etkilenirken, sap P ve K alımı üzerine etkisi önemsiz çıkmıştır. Bu çalışmada çinko uygulaması dane NPK alimim önemli bir şekilde etkilememiştir.

Abstract
A pot experiment was conducted to see the effect of soil and foliar an application of the yield of wheat crop grown on zinc defficient soils collected from Tokat region.The experiment was conducted on a completely randomized design with 3 replications. Wheat variety 39 was grown by applying 80 kg P2(Vha as TSP and 100 kg N/ha as ammonium sulphate. Zinc treatments were 0, 10, 20, 30 and 40 kg ZnSCVha as soil application and 0.2% and 0.4% zinc sulphate as a foliar applications. According to the results, the zinc application has no effect on straw dry matter yield of weat crop. Yet, it decreased the grain Zn content but foliage application of zinc has increased the grain Zn content. Similarly straw N content significantly increased with no effect on straw K content of the crop. Zinc application has no effect on grain P and K content. The uptake of zinc by grain significantly affected by zinc application. Similarly straw N uptake also significantly affected by zinc application with no effect on P and K uptake of straw. Zinc application has significantly affected the grain NPK uptake in this study.
