Summary
Bu araştırma 1993, 1.995 ve 1996 yıllarında Tokat/Kazova koşullarında yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın amacı eldeki mısır populasyonlannda kendileme yapmak ve çeşitli özelliklerinde kendilemenin etkisini belirlemektir. Kendılemelcr sonucunda populasyonlarda incelenen bütün özellikler bakımından değişim olduğu görülmüştür. Tepe ve koçan püskülü gösterme sürelerinde artış, bitki boyu, ilk koçan yüksekliği, koçan uzunluğu, koçanda srra sayısı, tek koçan toplam, tane ve somak verimleri ve tane sayısında önemli oranda azalma meydana gelmiştir. Bin tane ağırlığı ve ham protein oranı yıllara göre geniş dağılım göstermiştir. Populasyonlarda amaca uygun görünen kendilenmiş hat adayları belirlenmiştir. Üç yıllık sonuçlara göre erkencilik yönünden 4 numaralı populasyon uygun görünmektedir. En yüksek bitki boyu 5. en uzun koçan 33 numaralı populasyonlarda ortaya çıkmıştır. Koçanda sıra sayısı, toplam verim ve tane veriminde 56, koçanda tane sayısında 56 ve 64, ham protein oranında 17 numaralı populasyonlar en uygun bulunmuştur. Daha güvenilir bir seçim için kendilemelere devam edilmesi gerekmektedir.

Abstract
This study carriedout under Tokal/Kazova conditions during 1993,1995 and 1996. The objective of this research is to inbreed in the com populations and to determine effects of inbreeding on some agronomic traits. Selfing affected all the characters examined in populations. The tasseling and silking times of populations were increased while plant height, first ear height, ear lenght, number of seed rows of ear. grain yield of ear, grain and ear weight and the number of seed per ear were decreased significantly by selling. The kernel weight and raw protein rate of grain were fluncluated by years. It was determined that there were suitable types to develop inbred lines among populations stndied. This three-years study showed that the 4th population was suitable to select for earliness. It was also determined that the 5th population was suitable for taller plant height, the 33rd population was suitable for longest car . The 56th population was suitable for TOW number per ear. The 56th and 64th populations were seed number and the 17th population was suitable for protein Tate. It is required that the selfing should be continued to determine more accurate result
