Benzin-Biyoetanol Karışımlarının Motor Yakıtı Olarak Kullanılmasında Performans ve Ekonomikliğinin İncelenmesi

Summary
Bu çalışmada; biyoetanol belirli oranlarda benzine karıştırılarak tarım kesiminde sulama amaçlı kullanılan küçük güçlü buji ile ateşlemeli bir motorda yapılan denemelerle performans değerleri belirlenmiştir. Biyoetanol, dünyada yaygın olarak kullanılan %5, 10, 15 ve 20 oranlarında benzin içerisine karıştırılmıştır. Bu karışım oranları motorda herhangi bir değişiklik yapılmaksızın kullanılmıştır. Daha sonra farklı hammaddeler (şeker pancarı, buğday, arpa, mısır, patates) için üretim maliyetleri hesaplanmıştır. Deneme sonuçları ve maliyet hesapları dikkate alınarak performans özellikleri ve ekonomiklik açısından en uygun biyoetanol hammaddesi belirlenmiştir. Motor denemelerinde; en yüksek efektif motor gücü benzinle çalışmada, en düşük efektif güç ise E20 yakıtlarından elde edilmiştir. Karışım yakıtlarında biyoetanol miktarı artıkça efektif güçteki azalma da artmıştır. Karışım içerisindeki biyoetanol miktarı arttıkça benzine göre yakıt tüketimi ve özgül yakıt tüketimi değerlerinde artış olmuştur. En yüksek özgül yakıt tüketimi E20 yakıtında en düşük benzinde elde edilmiştir. Biyoetanol hammaddelerinin üretim maliyetlerinin hesaplanması ve 1 litre biyoetanol üretimi için gerekli hammadde miktarları da dikkate alınarak hammadde üretim maliyetleri; şeker pancarı için 1.1 TL l-1, buğday için 1.74 TL l-1, arpa için 2.16 TL l-1, mısır için 1.32 TL l-1 ve patates için 2.1 TL l-1 olarak belirlenmiştir. Hammaddelerin tarımsal özellikleri, ekonomik özellikler ve biyoetanol özellikleri dikkate alındığında en uygun biyoetanol hammaddesi şekerpancarı, daha sonra da sırasıyla mısır ve buğday olmaktadır. Ancak yetiştiricilik özellikleri açısından şeker pancarı ve mısıra göre daha avantajlı olan buğday Ülkemiz için en uygun biyoetanol hammaddesi olarak önerilmektedir.

Abstract
In this study, the performance values of a small spark ignition engine which is widely used in the agricultural sector were determined in trials with mixing bioethanol to gasoline in certain proportion. Bio-ethanol was mixed by 5%, 10, 15 and 20 percent into gasoline which is widely used in the world. This mixture ratios were used in the engine without any changes. Then, ethanol production costs and sales values were calculated for different raw materials (sugarbeet, wheat, barley, corn,potatoes). The most suitable raw material for bioethanol was determined by taking into account of the trial results and cost calculation. In the engine trials; The highest engine effective power was obtained working with gasoline, the least engine power was obtained from E20. While bioethanol amount increase in mixture fuel, reduction in effective power also increased. The highest specific fuel consumption was obtained in E20 and the lowest value obtained in gasoline. Calculation of the costs of raw materials for bioethanol production and quantities of the raw materials necessary for the production of 1 liter of bioethanol production costs by taking into account the raw material for sugarbeet 1.1 TL l-1, for wheat 1.74 TL l-1, for barley 2.16 TL l-1, for corn 1.32 TL l-1 and for potatoes 2.1 TL l-1 were determined. Agricultural characteristics of raw materials, given the economic characteristics and properties of bio-ethanol, the most suitable raw material for bioethanol are sugar beet then corn and wheat respectively. But wheat is recommended for the most suitable raw material for bio-ethanol for our country than that of sugar beet and maize in terms of the more advantageous cultivation properties. Mixing ratios determined by EPDK for compulsory from 2013 will increase the amount of ethanol needed. If the production of bioethanol in Turkey, will be made from raw materials such as corn, sugar beet and wheat, land not used for agricultural production would be appropriate for energy farming. It is also important to get supported by the state of agriculture in national policy making. Agricultural Basin Production and Support Model provided by the contributions of agriculture in the national economy and the environment will benefit from an energy planning must be done.
