Summary
Bu araştırma, 2003-2004 yetiştirme sezonunda 25 ekmeklik buğday genotipi (20 ileri hat ve 5 çeşit) ile Samsun ve Gökhöyük (Amasya) lokasyonlarında Tesadüf Blokları Deneme Desenine göre 4 tekrarlamalı olarak yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada çeşitlerin tane verimi, bitki boyu, bin tane ağırlığı, hektolitre ağırlığı, protein oranı ve Zeleny sedimantasyon değeri incelenmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre, iki lokasyonun ortalaması olarak genotiplerin tane verimleri 284.4 - 490.6 kg/da, bitki boyları 66.9 – 98.8 cm, bin tane ağırlıkları 28.4 – 38.9 g, hektolitre ağırlıkları 68.4 – 74.9 kg, protein oranları %10.4 – 13.6 ve Zeleny sedimantasyon değerleri 25.0 – 50.6 ml arasında değişmiştir. En yüksek tane verimi Samsun lokasyonunda 16, 22 ve 23 nolu genotiplerden, Gökhöyük lokasyonunda ise 1, 6, 7, 9, 10, 12 ve 16 nolu genotiplerden elde edilmiştir.

Abstract
This research was carried out on 25 bread wheat genotypes in a Randomized Complete Block Design with four replications in 2003-2004 growing season in Samsun and Amasya locations. In trial, data on seed yield, plant height, 1000 kernel weight, test weight, protein content and Zeleny sedimentation were recorded. According to the results including two location averages; grain yields, plant height, 1000 kernel weight, test weight, crude protein content and Zeleny sedimentation value of genotypes, were between 284.4-490.6 kg/da, 66.9 – 98.8 cm, 28.4 – 38.9 g, 68.4 – 74.9 kg, 10.4 – 13.6% and 25.0 – 50.6 ml, respectively. The highest seed yield was obtained from 16, 22 and 23 numbered genotyped in Samsun location, while 1, 6, 7, 9, 10, 12 and 16 numbered genotypes gave the highest grain yield in Gökhöyük location.
