Summary
Bu araştırma, Çukurova koşullarında yetiştirilen bazı yaygın fiğ (Vicia sativa L) çeşitlerinin, farklı inkubasyon zamanlarının (12, 24, 36 ve 48 saat) in vitro gerçek kuru madde (IVKMS) ve nötr deterjan lif (NDF) sindirilebilirliklerine (IVNDFS) etkisini belirmek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Bazı fiğ çeşitlerinin yer aldığı tarla çalışması, Çukurova Tarımsal Araştırma Enstitüsü deneme alanında (Doğankent), kışlık ara ürün olarak 2002/03–2003/04 yıllarında, tesadüf blokları deneme deseninde 4 tekrarlamalı olarak yürütülmüştür. İlgili enstitü tarafından seleksiyon metodu ile geliştirilen Özveren çeşidi ile Kubilay–82, Selçuk–99 ve Uludağ çeşitleri materyal olarak kullanılmıştır. Laboratuar çalışmaları, tarladan alınan 2 yıllık veriler üzerinde, farklı çeşitler ve inkübasyon zamanları da dikkate alınarak bölünmüş parseller deneme deseninde yapılmıştır. İki yıllık ortalamalara göre, Kubilay-82 çeşidinin en yüksek kuru madde verimine (613 kg/da) ve ham protein (HP) oranına (%19.65) sahip olduğu görülmüştür. Bu çalışmada, yemin in vitro kuru madde sindirilebilirlik (IVKMS) değerleri bakımından yıllar, çeşitler ve inkubasyon süreleri istatistikî olarak önemli bulunurken, NDF sindirilebilirliği bakımından yıllar, inkübasyon süreleri ile araştırmanın 2. yılında çeşitler arasında istatistikî olarak önemli farklılıklar bulunmuştur. Araştırmada, inkubasyon süreleri arttıkça IVKMS değerleri artmış ve IVNDFS değerleri de paralel olarak azalma göstermiştir.

Abstract
The aim of this research was to determine the effect of different incubation times on in vitro dry matter (IVDMD) and NDF digestibility (IVNDFD) % of some common vetch cultivars, which grown under Cukurova conditions. In the research, the effect of IVDMD of different incubation times (12, 24, 36, 48 h) was investigated. The field experiment was carried out in the Cukurova Agriculture Research Experiment Area (Doğankent) in Adana, 2002-03 and 2003-04 as the winter season cropping. The field trials were established in a complete randomized block design with four replications. Özveren cv., developed by the related Institute through election methods, and along with Kubilay-82, Selçuk-99 and Uludağ cvs. formed the experimental material. The laboratory trials were established in a simple plot design with eight replications. According to the results of two-years average, Kubilay-82 cv. produced the highest dry matter yield (613 kg/da) and crude protein ratio (19.65%). In this study, in both years the values of in vitro dry matter digestability (IVDMD %) were significantly different between cultivars and between incubation times, while the values of nitrogen detergent fiber (NDF) differed between incubation times for both years, but only differed between cultivars in the first year. The lowest in vitro DMD and highest in vitro NDF were reached at 12 h, while the highest IVTD and the lowest in vitro NDF were attained at 48 h.
