Summary
Bu çalışmada, yöresel Horum Karadut odun çeliklerinin köklenmesi üzerine farklı indol bütürik asit (IBA) dozları ve 150 ppm NAA uygulamasının etkileri araştırılmıştır. Yöresel Horum Karadut (Morus nigra) çelikleri 15 Mart 2013 de alınmış ve hızlı bandırma yöntemi ile çelikler 0, 4000, 6000, 8000 ppm IBA ve 3000 ppm IBA + 150 ppm NAA dozları ile muamele edilmiştir. Çelikler 8-10 hafta köklendirme ortamına bırakılmıştır. Bu süre sonunda çelikler çıkarılmış ve değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışma sonuçlarına göre en iyi köklenme oranı 8000 ppm IBA ile muamele edilen çeliklerde % 66.7 olarak; en iyi ortalama kök sayısı 8000 ppm IBA ile muamele edilen çeliklerde 3 adet kök ve en iyi ortalama kök uzunluğu 8000 ppm IBA ile muamele edilen çeliklerde 43,4 mm olarak gözlemlenmiştir. Hormon uygulanmayan kontrolde ise hiç köklenme görülmemiştir. Bu çalışma sonuçları horum karadut çeşidinin odun çeliklerinin köklendirilmesinde 8000 ppm IBA uygulamasının köklenme, kök sayısı, kök uzunluğu ve fidan üretiminde kullanılabilir çelik sayısı için en uygun büyüme düzenleyici dozu olduğunu göstermiştir.

Abstract
In this study, the effects of ındol-3-butyric acid (IBA) doses and 150 ppm NAA on rooting of black mulberry (Local Horum cultivar) hard wood cuttings were evaluated. Hard wood cutings of local cultivar Horum black mulberry (Morus nigra) were taken on March 15 2013 and treated with 0, 4000, 6000, and 8000 ppm IBA and 3000 ppm IBA + 150 ppm NAA solutions by quick dip method. These cutings were rooted in a rooting media for 8-10 weeks. At the end of incubation period, the cutting were evaluated. Based on the results of the study, the highest percentage of rooted cuting % 66.7, average number of root per cutting(3 root/cutting), and average root length 43,4 mm were observed in 8000 ppm IBA application. There was no rooting in untreated control. The results of present study showed that 8000 ppm ABI application could be the best growth hormone dose for rooting, number of root, root length and number of usable cuttings for production of Horum Black Mulberry plant. Further study should be done to determine the effects of the doses higher than 8000 ppm IBA on rooting of local Horum black mulberry hard wood cutting.
